Nursery from birth to three years old

This level of education is not included in the above educational ladder. It is run by private sector, however, kindergartens are supervised by the Ministry of Education and they follow its rules and regulations. Nurseries fall under the responsibility of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
